HR and Accounts Manager

The purpose of the HR Manager is to develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of employees within the organization through the use of HR strategies, which support and drive the Corporate Values. The HR Manager is also required to ensure that the company employs the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience, making sure and that training and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business aims.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the HR service complies with best practice recruitment practices and compliance including Right to work, referencing, skills and experience.
  •  
    Assist with recruitment campaigns as and when required.
  •  
    Conduct induction meetings with new joiners with participation and input from the relevant line manager to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the induction process
  •  
    Design induction/orientation plans for new joiners.
  • Communicate with Customer and candidate.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and HR.
  •  
    1-2 Years’ Experience in Admin & HR work.
  •  
    Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Editing, Self-Motivated, Strong Leadership Skills, Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, Microsoft Office
  •  
    Good Communication Skills and soft spoken.
  •  
    He/She must speak English, Punjabi & Urdu.
